GBA Halal Certification Centre (GHCC) proudly participated in the inaugural Halal Pavilion 2024, marking its first appearance as a Hong Kong-based, Muslim-owned halal certification entity. The event, hosted by 3 Hani Enterprises and co-organized by Exhibition Group Limited and Inspire Advertising Marketing Ltd, brought together exhibitors from Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan, the United Kingdom, and local businesses to showcase diverse halal offerings.
Over three days of seminars at the Pavilion, GHCC highlighted its commitment to halal advancement through a significant MOU signing with the Korea Muslim Federation (KMF), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), and OriGene DNA Testing. Notable attendees at the event included Mr. Yazrin Mahlan, Trade Commissioner of MATRADE, Ms. Sindy Wong, Head of Tourism and Hospitality, InvestHK, MGTO Deputy Director, Cheng Wai Tong and Mr. Aaron Shum, Founding President of the Hong Kong-Middle East Business Chamber.
