Our Halal audit team perform desk top auditing by examining ingredients and production processes for compliance. Ingredient clarifications are requested, and all data is forwarded to the Shariah Supervisory Board for assessment.
Halal facility compliance audit is conducted for completion. An appointment is scheduled to inspect the premises and a Halal Assurance Procedure Manual is provided.
Upon meeting all requirements, the relevant certificates are issued, followed by annual reviews. The GHCC Halal marks are approved to be displayed on the products.
